Deanna has called Santa Clarita home for over 40 years.

She was Miss Santa Clarita in 1995/1996 where she volunteered her time raising money for many local charities attended ribbon cuttings for new businesses and was highly involved in the Chamber of Commerce and that was just the beginning. She has continued her community involvement through the years.

Deanna has always loved being in sales.

She has a natural drive in her that loves the negotiation process whether its getting the most for a sellers home or getting a "deal" on a house that a buyer is buying. "I am not just selling houses I consider them HOMES there is a difference. For buyers, I am selling the neighborhood, future dinners in the beautiful kitchen for the holidays, an extra room for a baby on the way etc. For sellers, they need a bigger home, a smaller home, they are relocating for work or just closing one chapter to open another. Every circumstance is different and I love helping my clients through this transition."
